ManpowerGroup seeks an experienced Project Leader to drive large capital projects from concept to closeout in a manufacturing setting. You will manage scope, budgeting, scheduling, risk, and execution across diverse teams including Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS.

The role requires leading governance, mitigating risks, and ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of engineering, construction, or industrial project management experience.
• Experience executing large capital projects in active manufacturing environments with production continuity.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Procurement, EHS, contractors, and OEMs.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles including scope development, cost control, scheduling, risk management, change management, and execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of large, complex capital projects from concept through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage all project phases including scope development, FEL studies, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, execution, startup, and performance verification.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, resource plans, cost forecasts, and schedules.
• Lead cross-functional project teams including Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Procurement, EHS, Contractors, and OEM partners.
• Establish project governance and provide updates to leadership through Steering Committee and review meetings.
• Identify risks, mitigate, and manage changes through Management of Change processes.
• Direct engineering firms, construction managers, contractors, and commissioning resources for safe execution.
