Job summary

ITAC in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead industrial project development, execution, and ensure technical excellence. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and coordinate engineering and construction resources on client sites, with emphasis on on-time delivery and contract compliance.

The role is a seconded, full-time contract for six months, with potential direct hire, based in West Haven, CT or Piscataway, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science from ABET-accredited program.
• 5-7 years in engineering, construction, or PM roles in industrial space.
• Multidiscipline project design experience and startup/commissioning familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development, scope definition, cost estimating, and scheduling.
• Direct engineering, procurement, and construction teams to meet commitments.
• Develop and maintain schedules, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and negotiate changes with clients.
• Ensure quality across all deliverables and services.
• Cultivate client relationships and communicate progress clearly.
• Support business development with proposals and pricing.
• Prepare proposals, execution plans, and project documentation.
