Job summary

Agile Global Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Control Engineer to support the EchoWater Resource Recovery Facility. The role focuses on Operational Technology environments including DCS, SCADA, PLC, PCCS, and OT networks.

Responsibilities include administering and troubleshooting DCS/SCADA/PLC/PCCS, maintaining backups, and applying Windows OS patches. On-site duties at the Sacramento facility with strong documentation and collaboration across OT teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Programming/Networking.
Experience with DCS/SCADA/PLC/PCCS environments and OT networks.
Strong troubleshooting of OT hardware/software and related databases.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot DCS/SCADA/PLC/PCCS environments.
Diagnose and resolve database, hardware, software, and system issues.
Maintain backup and archive/recovery systems for control systems and databases.
Support Windows OS patching and maintenance.
Administer Windows Enterprise Domain, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Troubleshoot networked OT environments and related infrastructure.
Document technical issues, resolutions, and work activities in a CMMS.
Maintain and update IT/OT asset inventories.
Partner with OT programming teams and internal customers to diagnose and resolve issues.
Industrial OT/IC environments and DCS/SCADA/PLC systems.
