Job summary

Agile Global Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Control Engineer to support the EchoWater Resource Recovery Facility. The role focuses on Operational Technology environments including DCS, SCADA, PLC, PCCS, and OT networks.

Responsibilities include administering and troubleshooting DCS/SCADA/PLC/PCCS, maintaining backups, and applying Windows OS patches. On-site duties at the Sacramento facility with strong documentation and collaboration across OT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Programming/Networking.
• Experience with DCS/SCADA/PLC/PCCS environments and OT networks.
• Strong troubleshooting of OT hardware/software and related databases.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve database, hardware, software, and system issues.
• Maintain backup and archive/recovery systems for control systems and databases.

• Document technical issues, resolutions, and work activities in a CMMS.
• Maintain and update IT/OT asset inventories.
• Partner with OT programming teams and internal customers to diagnose and resolve issues.

The role supports critical Operational Technology (OT) environments, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, PCCS, servers, workstations, and OT network infrastructure.

Long Term Contract

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot DCS/SCADA/PLC/PCCS environments.
• Diagnose and resolve database, hardware, software, and system issues.
• Maintain backup and archive/recovery systems for control systems and databases.
• Support Windows OS patching and maintenance.
