Job summary

Metals USA Flat Rolled Group, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for our Horicon, WI location. The candidate must reside in Minnesota and bring 5+ years in industrial aluminum and stainless-steel sales or fabrication to the role.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $80,000–$100,000 with strong benefits and opportunities for growth. You will develop new accounts, manage territory calls, and support customer needs across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration, marketing, construction management, or related field.
• Must reside in Minnesota.
• Five+ years in industrial aluminum and stainless-steel sales, fabrication, or industrial sales.
• Experience with blueprint reading and CAD drawings preferred.
• Experience selling in the industrial market (B2B); fabrication experience a plus.
• Ability to communicate with executive-level individuals across industries.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, including cold calls when necessary.
• Pass leads to Account Managers with complete profiles and action dates.
• Manage call schedule to cover territory efficiently.
• Use sales management tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records: sales calls, expenses, invoices, and documents.
• Cover assigned accounts promoting products and services and provide added value.
