Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks on facilities, including mechanical equipment repairs and inspections.
• Conduct semi-independent preventative maintenance on PCB equipment, including maintaining and replacing fans, motors, pumps, chemical tanks, etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on PCB production and supporting equipment.
• Evaluate and recommend part replacements and new products to reduce maintenance and operating costs.
• Supervise lower-level facilities maintenance staff as needed.
• Operate standard office and specialized software, including Microsoft Office.
• Assess and prioritize multiple tasks, maintaining professionalism in stressful situations.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Respond to Fixx software alerts for equipment downtime and prioritize repairs.
• Monitor equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
