Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support industrial maintenance of material handling systems. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and PLC/controls issues, and interpret schematics to fix faults.

The role requires four years in industrial maintenance with strong mechanical and electrical skills, plus welding/fabrication ability. EAM data entry and potential small-project planning are included.

Qualifications

• Four years of Industrial Maintenance experience with proficiency in mechanical power transmission, electrical, PLC/controls, and welding/fabrication.
• Ability to interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and manuals to troubleshoot and repair faults.
• Commitment to safety and willingness to attend required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of material handling systems.
• Diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical and PLC/controls circuits; escalate as needed.
• Interpret drawings and engineering specs to repair system faults; work with higher level technicians.
• Utilize EAM to enter and retrieve data; develop scopes of work for small projects.
