Job summary

Tedia is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure continuous operation of manufacturing equipment at our Ohio facility. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems while collaborating with engineering and production teams to implement preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and cost-effective operations as you support a wide range of industrial equipment.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a technical training program or apprenticeship in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields.
Experience maintaining industrial equipment and performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong focus on safety standards and practices in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions and execute timely repairs.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues affecting manufacturing processes.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory for planning and compliance.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements while working on equipment and within the facility.
