Trex Company, Fernley, NV, seeks a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician for a 2/2/3 shift schedule. This full-time role requires hands-on experience across multiple plant utilities and production support systems.

Job involves maintaining boilers, compressors, chillers, hot oil, hydraulics, PLCs, and extrusion-related equipment, with focus on safety, reliability, and uptime in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with industrial boiler, air system, hot oil, chillers, hydraulics, PLCs, and flame safety systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Repair and maintain preventive maintenance on mechanical systems (conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics).
• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems including servo equipment and controls.
• Repair and troubleshoot PLCs and ladder logic.
• Assist with parts inventory management and troubleshooting equipment.
• Support engineering in new product/process improvements.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
