Job summary

Curtis Machine Company is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production equipment across the facility. This is not an entry-level role and requires hands-on maintenance experience.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, troubleshoot CNC machines, and perform preventive maintenance while documenting work. Strong safety and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

Hands-on industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience required.
Ability to diagnose equipment issues beyond following instruction.
Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting and repair ability.
Must provide specific examples of machinery diagnosed and repaired.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Troubleshoot CNC machines, production equipment, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and related systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and document completed work.
Identify root causes of failures and propose lasting repairs.
Read electrical schematics, manuals, and drawings.
Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and supplies.
Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures.
