Job summary

Surge in Cincinnati, OH seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician III for its 3rd shift. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance and strong electrical/mechanical skills.

You will mentor less experienced technicians and support continuous improvement projects in a fast-paced production environment on a Monday–Friday night shift.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Interpret ladder logic and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
