Job summary

Avery Dennison is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician III for the 1st shift (6 AM - 2:30 PM). You will perform planned, predictive, and emergency breakdown repairs on mechanical and electrical manufacturing systems to maintain facility uptime.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of multi‑craft maintenance experience (electrical & mechanical) or a trade/associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, with hands‑on PLC, 3‑phase power, and motor controls expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi‑craft (electrical & mechanical) industrial maintenance experience or associated trade school/degree.
• Hands‑on experience with 3‑phase power, PLC systems, relay logic, motor controls.
• Familiarity with electrical conduit installation, testing devices, and safety standards (OSHA).
• Ability to read prints/technical drawings and work with engineers and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failures and repair industrial machinery, including 3‑phase electrical controls, PLC systems, DC drives, motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyors.
• Execute PM schedules, calibrate equipment, and inspect circuits and wiring for safety and efficiency.
• Partner with engineers and production teams to optimize machinery and reduce downtime.
