Job summary

Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company is seeking a Professional Maintenance Specialist to ensure equipment and infrastructure readiness for production, safety, and quality. You will perform professional services, maintain inventory, and develop training materials for technology used in production.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and control systems, with emphasis on preventive/predictive maintenance, downtime reduction, and training plant staff to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with significant maintenance experience.
• Ability to read, interpret policies, and communicate effectively with management.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Six Sigma training and lean manufacturing exposure.
• Ability to coach/mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operating procedures with training documentation.
• Interface with peers on best practices and process improvements.
• Keep equipment logs up to date with parts usage/history.
• Support preventive/predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Maintain parts inventory and purchase orders to ensure availability.
• Train department staff to improve equipment uptime and performance.
• Read diagrams/schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
