Job summary

Ozarks Coca-Cola-Dr Pepper Bottling Company is seeking a Professional Maintenance Specialist to ensure equipment and infrastructure are ready for production, safety and quality objectives. The role requires troubleshooting, control systems maintenance, and preventive maintenance scheduling to minimize downtime.

You will create training materials on technology, manage parts inventory, and support plant operations across shifts, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 5 years in a high-speed production facility.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies and procedures; strong written/verbal communication.
• Six Sigma training and lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Experience with controls, robotics, drives and system-level communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operating procedures with proper documentation and training.
• Interface with peers to identify best practices and process improvements.
• Keep equipment logs updated with parts usage and history.
• Participate in reducing waste and monthly raw-material inventory reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including PLCs, mechanical power transmission, and electrical systems.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Provide prompt follow-up on service requests and support operations.
• Train and mentor department staff to improve equipment up time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely invoicing and PO matching.
