Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting batching and packaging lines, performing preventive maintenance, reading schematics, and documenting work in CMMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system problems affecting production.
• Support syrup batching, processing, filling, packaging, conveying, palletizing, and material-handling equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures, determine root causes, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment, plant utilities, and facility systems.
• Inspect and replace components such as motors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, valves, sensors, and conveyors.
• Read and use electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Document troubleshooting findings, repairs, labor, and parts usage in CMMS.
