Job summary

Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company seeks a Professional Automation Maintenance Specialist to maintain equipment readiness, performance, and safety across production assets. You will perform repairs, develop procedures, and train the production team while managing parts and ensuring reliable operation.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting PLCs, performing mechanical and electrical repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and support the production

Qualifications

• Five (5) years in a high-speed production facility with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and training materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operating procedures with training documentation.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including PLCs.
• Manage parts inventory and purchase orders to maintain stock levels.
• Schedule non-production maintenance and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Train and mentor department staff to improve equipment availability.
• Aim to reduce downtime and improve capacity utilization as shown in company reports.
