Job summary

Ozarks Coca-Cola-Dr Pepper Bottling Company is seeking a Professional Automation Maintenance Specialist to ensure equipment and infrastructure readiness for production, safety and quality. The role requires high-speed facility experience, strong PLC and electrical troubleshooting, and the ability to train others.

You will schedule non-production work, manage spare parts and inventory, and collaborate with production teams to reduce downtime and improve process reliability.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, five (5) years in a high-speed production facility.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics and manuals.
• Experience with controls, robotics, drives and system level communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operating procedures with accurate documentation and training.
• Interface with peers to implement best practices and process improvements.
• Maintain equipment logs, history, parts usage and inventory reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, PLCs, power transmission and electrical systems.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Train department staff to improve equipment uptime and reliability.
• Assist with purchasing, inventory and supplier coordination as needed.
