Job summary

Ascentek is seeking an Operations Maintenance Technician III to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild pumps, read schematics, and support engineering with new equipment installations.

Qualifications

Five or more years of industrial maintenance experience, or a technical certification with related maintenance background.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing production or packaging equipment.
Hands-on experience rebuilding industrial pumps (rotary vane, AODD, centrifugal, gear).

Responsibilities

Perform preventive inspections and maintenance on production equipment per the preventive maintenance program.
Diagnose, repair, and rebuild pumps and associated systems to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems and document findings in CMMS.
Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and support engineering with new equipment.
Read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and prints; coordinate with vendors during repairs.
