Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to uphold and improve industrial equipment performance in our manufacturing environment.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, and coordinate timely repairs to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in industrial maintenance, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and quality standards are

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
• Decisive, proactive, self-motivated and assertive
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Data analysis and identification of trends
• Customer-focused mindset with adaptability to business demands
• Ability to work under own supervision
• Experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance preferred

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear required PPE in warehouse or production areas
• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance per schedule
• Use root-cause analysis to investigate breakdowns with other departments
• Serve as initial responder to line stoppages and coordinate repairs
• Prioritize maintenance to minimize downtime and document work in CMMS
• Repair or maintain operating condition of production equipment
• Test machinery to diagnose malfunctions using meters and tests
• Verify repairs by operating repaired equipment
• Observe and analyze test results and machine error messages
• Inspect machines for conformance with safety and operational standards
• Support food safety and quality programs
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor
