Job summary

Federal Express Corporation seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Tech III to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on material handling systems. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC/controls faults, read schematics, and document work in the EAM system.

The role may include welding, fabrication, and small project planning, with a flexible shift schedule. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in industrial maintenance, relevant certs or an associate degree, strong

Qualifications

Four (4) years of Industrial Maintenance experience with mechanical power transmission, electrical skills and PLC/controls exposure.
Certificates in Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics or related trades are preferred.
An associate degree or higher is a plus and may be considered for relevancy.

Responsibilities

Provide preventative and predictive maintenance and repair of material handling systems.
Interpret schematics, manuals, and specs to diagnose faults and determine escalations.
Respond to sort calls and perform repairs; may read PLCs and burn EEPROMs.
Utilize EAM software to enter and retrieve data; follow safety standards.
May develop scopes of work and assist lower level technicians.
Work flexible schedules including various shifts as required.
