Qualifications

• 3 years related industrial maintenance experience with a BS degree or a high school diploma with 7 years related industrial maintenance experience with a high school diploma.
• 3 years maintenance planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with operations for preventive maintenance and planning to optimize equipment.
• Investigate redesigns to address recurring reliability problems.
• Assist failure analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of failures.
• As part of the management team perform rotating weekend maintenance on-call duty for the mill.
• Lead and manage planning and scheduling for daily work and monthly outages for mechanical crafts people.
• Coordinate with Electrical/Instrumentation maintenance supervisors on plan details and implement schedules in MS Project.
• Use predictive data (vibration/oil analysis) to set outage work priority.
• Coordinate with supervisors and technicians on job plans, time estimates, and required safety permits.
