Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Associate degree in a technical field with 5+ years of experience, or 7+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to perform precision alignments and utilize vibration analysis tools.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols, including LOTO and 5S standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute expert-level break-fix repairs and preventative maintenance on diverse industrial machinery to ensure operational continuity.
• Analyze complex control systems and electrical circuitry to resolve hardware, software, and configuration challenges.
• Utilize predictive maintenance technologies and data analytics to identify performance trends and optimize equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with planning teams to refine maintenance schedules and source cost-effective, high-quality replacement components.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean methodologies to enhance processes and achieve measurable cost savings.
• Perform precision machining, welding, and fabrication tasks to restore or modify critical machine components.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment history within the CMMS to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide technical leadership and on-the-job training to support the professional growth of the broader maintenance team.
