Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to provide hands-on support for instrumentation and electrical control systems across manufacturing operations. The role involves precision millwright work, welding, rigging, and pipefitting to repair and maintain machinery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified applicants will have a technical degree or Journeyman certificate in industrial maintenance, with preferred experience in paper mill or similar industrial settings, and

Qualifications

• Technical degree or Journeyman certificate in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Paper mill or other industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of motors, valves, automated valves, calibrations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; effective team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing operations for instrumentation and electrical control applications.
• Repair and maintain machinery and equipment per diagrams, manuals, and specifications.
• Observe equipment operation, identify issues, and replace defective parts.
• Coordinate with plant personnel, engineering groups, and contractors to complete tasks on time.
