Job summary
Green Bay Packaging in Aurora, Illinois is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing mechanical and electrical systems while supporting preventative maintenance initiatives.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
- Experience with industrial maintenance in manufacturing is expected.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/schematics.
- Capable of working independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Install, maintain, and modify production equipment and facility systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and support goals.
