Amazon.com Services LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead cross-functional launches and retrofits across our grocery distribution center portfolio and ASRS projects.

You will own scope, develop standardized processes, and drive operational readiness across Operations, Construction, Real Estate, and Design teams. In this role you will influence senior stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cross-functional programs for new and existing grocery DC launches and retrofits.
• Lead end-to-end execution for facilities from 60k to 1M sq ft with mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Develop and standardize scalable processes for network-wide expansion.
• Orchestrate readiness activities with Operations, Construction, Reliability, and Safety teams.
• Own program communications and present status, metrics, and recommendations to leadership.
• Influence stakeholders across teams to adopt new processes and change management initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities and travel up to 25% for on-site launches.
