WSP USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Hygienist in Louisville, Kentucky to join our multidisciplinary team of IH, environmental, health, and safety professionals. You will provide industrial hygiene and environmental consulting services, conduct exposure assessments, support compliance initiatives, and help clients identify and manage occupational risks.

You will work with senior professionals on projects of moderate size, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

BS in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field.
5+ years in IH assessments in consulting, manufacturing, or related settings.
Experience with occupational exposure monitoring and IH investigations.
Experience supporting environmental compliance, permitting, or due diligence.
Knowledge of OSHA/EPA and KY regs.
Proficiency with IH instrumentation and sampling methods.
Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsabilités

Perform IH assessments for health hazards at client facilities, incl. chemicals, noise, asbestos, IAQ, and ventilation.
Conduct exposure assessments including surveys, sampling, monitoring, and hazard evaluations.
Support environmental compliance, audits, permitting, and risk management initiatives.
Assist clients with environmental site assessments and regulatory interpretations.
Prepare concise technical reports documenting findings and recommendations.
Coordinate projects, manage budgets, schedules, and client communications.
Mentor junior staff and lead IH project teams.
