Job summary

Lilly Richmond API Manufacturing is seeking an Industrial Hygienist to lead IH programs during startup and ongoing GMP operations at the Goochland County facility. You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to ensure safe, compliant systems and to support startup readiness and ongoing IH program management.

This onsite role requires collaborating across labs, utilities, and manufacturing areas, with exposure monitoring, training development, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• 3+ years of Industrial Hygiene experience within cGMP manufacturing.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project design meetings, support risk assessment and IH decisions.
• Develop and implement IH written programs and trainings.
• Develop IH implementation strategy with area teams for execution and audits.
• Support HSE readiness plan for the Lilly Richmond API facility.
