Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is assembling an Industrial Hygienist team to support startup and ongoing GMP manufacturing operations at a new Va. facility.

The role integrates with HSE to implement IH programs, exposure controls, and training across monoclonal antibody and related manufacturing areas. The candidate will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to ensure safe startup, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• 3+ years of Industrial Hygiene experience within cGMP manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support IH programs and HSE programs across assigned areas.
• Develop and implement IH written programs and trainings.
• Monitor exposure controls and conduct workplace IH assessments.
• Participate in risk assessments and design reviews for startup.
• Lead internal HSE audits and incident investigations.
