Arcadis seeks a Principal Industrial Hygiene Consultant to lead IH services from Texas offices. You will market services, build client relationships, mentor staff, and expand Gulf Coast presence nationally.

The role requires 10+ years in IH consulting, strong marketing and leadership skills, and familiarity with asbestos, HBMs, IAQ, and mold assessments. CIH preferred; travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a client-focused consulting environment with emphasis on Industrial hygiene, asbestos, lead-based paint, HBMs, IAQ and mold evaluations, and chemical exposure assessments.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving; ability to deliver presentations and training.
• Education: BS in physical sciences or related field; proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of HVAC/building systems; OSHA/EPA/state regs.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Gulf Coast stakeholders to identify and pursue IH business opportunities.
• Market, sell, and manage IH and safety services regionally and nationally.
• Oversee proposals, reports, and deliverables; coordinate with in-house consultants and client reps.
