Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Industrial Hygiene Consultant to lead business development and grow IH services in the Gulf Coast region and nationally. The role is based in Houston or Dallas and involves marketing, client relationship building, and mentoring IH staff within our EHS&S group.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in client-focused consulting for IH, asbestos, HBMs, IAQ, and related regulations, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a client-focused consulting environment with emphasis on industrial hygiene, asbestos, lead-based paint, HBMs, IAQ/mold evaluations, and chemical exposure assessments.
• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant science/engineering field or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA and state regulations related to asbestos, lead, mold, HBMs.

Responsibilities

• Market, sell, develop, and manage a wide variety of Industrial Hygiene and safety services in the Gulf Coast region and nationwide.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to IH staff; support proposals and client deliverables.
• Oversee complex project proposals, reports, and coordination with in-house and client teams.
