Arcadis is seeking a Principal Industrial Hygiene Consultant to lead IH services from Houston or Dallas. You will develop client relationships, market IH offerings, and mentor staff within the EHS&S group on Gulf Coast and national projects.

You will oversee proposals, coordinate deliverables, and drive growth across diverse markets while leveraging your IH expertise and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a client-focused IH consulting environment (asbestos, HBMs, IAQ, mold, chemical exposure)
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills for staff development
• BS in physical sciences, IH, safety, environmental sciences, or related field
• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of HVAC and building systems

Responsibilities

• Marketing, selling, developing, and managing IH services in Gulf Coast and nationwide.
• Overseeing complex proposals, reports, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing leadership, training, and mentorship within IH consulting.
