Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Industrial Hygiene Consultant based in Houston or Dallas to lead marketing, client development, and staff mentoring while expanding Industrial Hygiene services across the Gulf Coast and nationally. You will play a senior role in the EHS&S group, driving growth and delivering diverse IH projects.

The role emphasizes relationship building, proposal leadership, and technical expertise in IH, asbestos, lead-based paint, HBMs, IAQ, and related regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a client-focused consulting environment with emphasis on industrial hygiene and related HBMs.
• Strong communication, presentation and training skills; ability to develop client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Gulf Coast clients to identify and pursue IH opportunities.
• Market and manage IH services across Gulf Coast and nationally.
• Oversee proposals, reports and deliverables with internal teams and clients.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and SME support within IH consulting.
