Arcadis is seeking a Principal Industrial Hygiene Consultant to base in Houston or Dallas, Texas. The role focuses on developing client relationships, promoting IH services, and mentoring staff within our EHS&S group.

You will lead marketing efforts, pursue opportunities, and contribute to national and Gulf Coast projects. The candidate will bring 10+ years in client-focused IH consulting, strong communication, and a track record in preparing proposals and delivering high-impact reports.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a client-focused consulting environment emphasizing Industrial Hygiene, asbestos, lead-based paint, HBMs, IAQ, and mold evaluations.
• Strong communication, presentation and training skills with demonstrated ability to deliver client value.
• Experience leading teams, developing proposals, and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Gulf Coast clients to identify and pursue IH business opportunities.
• Market, sell, and manage IH and safety services regionally and nationally.
• Oversee complex proposals, reports, and project deliverables with internal and client stakeholders.
