Qualifications

9+ years in industrial maintenance or plant operations.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation principles.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures meticulously.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, service, and repairs on HVAC plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues with plant machinery, piping systems, and control equipment.
Assist with the installation, relocation, and commissioning of new equipment.
Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to guide maintenance, service, and repair activities.
Conduct routine inspections and testing of plant systems to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
Comply with safety regulations and procedures, including lock-out/tag-out and PPE.
