Job summary

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems is essential. The ideal candidate will have 9+ years in industrial maintenance, be able to read schematics, work independently, and ensure safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in industrial maintenance or plant operations.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, service, and repairs on HVAC plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues on plant machinery.
- Assist with installation, relocation, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Interpret manuals and diagrams to guide activities.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of plant systems.
- Maintain records of maintenance and inventory of spare parts.
