Job summary

Norrell Construction, Inc. is seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians to install, troubleshoot maintain and repair commercial and industrial systems on site in the Clute, TX area.

You will work with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems per blueprints and specs to ensure reliable operation. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of HVAC experience, Universal EPA CARD, a state HVAC license, and a valid driver’s license; TWIC preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience required.
• Electrical field experience or certifications is a plus.
• EPA CARD, state HVAC license, TDLR, and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics and specs to ensure proper installation and operation.
• Perform system start-ups, testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
• Maintain service records, work orders, and project reports.
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and vendors.
