Qualifications

• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical inspection and maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Conduct start-up maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Interpret engineering drawings for layout and operation of systems.
• Represent the company professionally with customers and trades.
• Communicate maintenance findings and recommended actions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Service Coordinators to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Submit required paperwork promptly and work safely at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
