Job summary

Total Fire Protection is hiring a Senior Industrial Fire Protection Field Technician to install, service and inspect wet foam/deluge systems across national sites. You will travel for project work and support commissioning, testing and troubleshooting alongside detection and control teams.

The role requires a high school diploma, 5 years of related experience, and the ability to read electronic blueprints and operate a computer or tablet.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• NICET II preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience installing, servicing, and inspecting wet systems (Foam / Deluge) required.
• Must be able to work alone and as part of a team.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate a computer, tablet and read electronic blueprints required.
• Show up promptly to scheduled daily appointments ready to work.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Foam deluge systems (AFFF / AR-AFFF).
• Deluge & pre-action sprinkler systems.
• Industrial valves, trim, pump rooms.
• Commissioning, testing, troubleshooting.
• Coordination with detection and control teams.
