Job summary

SuperHero Fire Protection, LLC is seeking motivated field technicians to install, maintain, and repair fire protection systems across commercial and residential sites. You will work with a crew, follow safety protocols, and ensure projects are completed on time.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 50 pounds. NICET certification is preferred. Pre-employment screenings and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. Work Authorization required.
• Pre-employment drug screening, background checks, reference checks.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / electronic blueprint systems).
• Basic math skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to train and mentor others.
• Good driving record (MANDATORY)

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fire protection systems in commercial and residential buildings.
• Lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Climb ladders and work at varying locations.
• Drive to job sites and work on the road.
• Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
