Job summary

Eichleay, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead engineering and capital projects in North America. You will partner with clients, manage proposals through closeout, and drive governance and change control in a complex industrial setting.

The role emphasizes safety, cost control, and schedule leadership, with hybrid work from Ferndale, WA and occasional travel to refinery sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum eight years related experience with four in PM for heavy industrial projects.
• EPC/EPCM project management experience preferred.
• Experience supporting refinery or similar industrial environments is a plus.
• Strong communication, cost control, and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-size capital engineering & procurement projects up to $60M TIC.
• Develop proposals, lead client meetings, and manage project closeout.
• Establish client relationships and ensure clear decisions throughout.
• Review invoices, manage costs, and enforce change management processes.
• Forecast resources and apply value engineering opportunities.
