Job summary

Google's Raxium display group in Silicon Valley is seeking an experienced planning leader to own the Fab's Master Production Plan and drive end-to-end material flow for a state-of-the-art semiconductor fab.

You will translate demand into actionable weekly/daily goals, enforce validated capacity and yield models, and partner with systems teams to deploy scalable planning tools and dashboards that optimize throughput and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field.
• 10 years of experience in demand/production planning within semiconductor fab environments.
• Experience with advanced forecasting, MRP, and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Architect, document, and own the Fab's Master Production Plan (MPP).
• Translate MPP into weekly/daily start goals for material flow and WIP management.
• Establish official Fab planning factors with validated capacity, cycle time, and yield models.
• Lead partnerships to design, build, and deploy scalable planning tools and dashboards.
