Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or operational planning within a semiconductor fab environment.
• Experience in advanced demand forecasting methodologies, processes, and material requirements planning (MRP).
• Understanding of compound semiconductor processing and cycle time drivers.

Responsibilities

• Architect, document, and own the Fab’s master production plan (MPP).
• Translate the master production plan into weekly and daily Lot start targets.
• Establish and enforce official Fab planning factors and capacity models.
• Lead the partnership with systems/software to design and deploy planning tools.
