Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in planning/logistics/supply chain/industrial engineering.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a planner/scheduler in semiconductor wafer fabrication.
Minimum 5 years of experience with contract manufacturing in logistics or supply chain roles.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Production Planning team.
Own end-to-end production planning from wafer fab through assembly and test.
Coordinate production schedules between U.S. fabrication sites and overseas partners.
Lead weekly supply and demand reviews.
Monitor execution against SIOP commitments.
Skills
Familiarity with MES (e.g., CAMSTAR) and PDM systems (e.g., Agile)
Expertise with MySQL
Familiarity with Power BI
Excellent analytical skills
Customer-oriented attitude
Expertise in MS Excel
Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education
BS degree in a relevant field
MS degree in MIS, business analytics, or industrial engineering preferred
