Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in planning/logistics/supply chain/industrial engineering.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a planner/scheduler in semiconductor wafer fabrication.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with contract manufacturing in logistics or supply chain roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Production Planning team.
• Own end-to-end production planning from wafer fab through assembly and test.
• Coordinate production schedules between U.S. fabrication sites and overseas partners.
• Lead weekly supply and demand reviews.
• Monitor execution against SIOP commitments.

Skills

Familiarity with MES (e.g., CAMSTAR) and PDM systems (e.g., Agile)

Expertise with MySQL

Familiarity with Power BI

Excellent analytical skills

Customer-oriented attitude

Expertise in MS Excel

Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education

BS degree in a relevant field

MS degree in MIS, business analytics, or industrial engineering preferred
