Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• US Citizenship required due to role.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Industrial Engineering team across multiple regions and offices.
• Develop and deliver value propositions for process optimization and manufacturing advisory services.
• Manage projects and workstreams to quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and industrial engineering techniques to improve client operations.
• Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders and contribute to business development.
