Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead our Industrial Engineering team across multiple regions and offices. You will develop and deliver a high-performing Process Optimization capability, embedding Lean thinking and industry best practices into delivery for Federal and Commercial sectors.

You will supervise value propositions, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to drive performance improvements and business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline plus 8 years of related experience.
• United States Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Industrial Engineering team across regions and offices.
• Develop and deliver value propositions for process optimization, manufacturing and industrial advisory services.
• Develop data-driven insights and translate them into practical, deliverable solutions.
• Manage projects and workstreams to quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and IE methods to improve client operations.
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development.
