• Lean implementation with Green Belt certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead IE projects across manufacturing operations, including value stream mapping and capacity analysis.
• Monitor operational metrics and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Plan production line capacity via S&OP cycles and space optimization.
• Build/maintain dashboards and reports; mentor junior staff.
