Lockheed Martin in Texas is seeking a Level3 Industrial Engineer to lead end-to-end value-stream analyses, design and validate manufacturing layouts, and drive lean–six sigma initiatives across production teams.

You will mentor Level1–2 engineers, develop KPI dashboards with tools like Minitab, JMP, Python, and collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Engineering to deliver robust, auditable improvements for DoD and ISO programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 5–8 years of progressive industrial/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, VBA).
• Experience with simulation/analysis tools (Arena/Simio/AnyLogic).
• CAD/CAE proficiency (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
• Strong statistics (Minitab/JMP/Python/R).
• Lean, Six-Sigma knowledge (Black Belt preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end value-stream analyses and develop improvement roadmaps.
• Design, simulate, and validate advanced manufacturing layouts and work cells.
• Mentor Level1–2 engineers and analysts with technical guidance.
• Develop KPI dashboards and drive data-based decisions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Prepare technical reports and briefings for leadership and stakeholders.
