Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of experience in operations, project management, process improvement, industrial engineering, quality, or a related function.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, root‑cause analysis, and value‑stream mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to develop project plans, manage risks, coordinate resources, and deliver measurable results.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive project charters and lead end‑to‑end improvement initiatives.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value‑stream mapping, root‑cause analysis workshops.
• Analyze operational and financial data to detect trends and waste; develop dashboards and KPI reports.
• Prepare regular performance updates and escalate risks to senior leadership.
