Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive process optimization across our manufacturing facilities. You will analyze workflows, implement improvements, and collaborate with production, logistics, and quality assurance to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 3+ years of industrial engineering experience, and strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma. A hybrid work model and opportunities for ongoing learning are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven 3+ years in industrial engineering focusing on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Minitab).
• Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement optimized production layouts and workflows.
• Utilize SPC and other analytical tools to monitor and control production quality.
• Develop and document new SOPs and work instructions.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies and equipment for potential implementation to improve efficiency.
