Job summary

You will serve as technical lead, drive project management, and support business development with clients and teams.

The role is aligned with a hybrid work schedule; remote arrangements may be possible for qualified candidates. A PE license and 8+ years of crane experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• SolidWorks proficiency is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum 8 years of crane or heavy machinery engineering experience.
• Proven success in securing work and managing projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Occasional travel to sites and client meetings.
• Effective technical writing and communication skills.
• Strong time management and a positive team-focused attitude.
